Family Discount
CMC is for families! We want to encourage you to bring your family to CMC and spread the word to other families in your church.

Register four (4) adults/youth and we will waive the registration fee for up to two additional elementary age children – a savings of over $150!

You will still pay $86 each for each of the children’s meals.

The fine print: the Family Discount applies only to immediate family members: up to 2 grandparents; 2 parents; and your legally dependent children. You must have at least 5 family members registering for CMC, with four of them adults or youth.
INSTRUCTIONS: Email our Registration Coordinator with the English names of your family members and their age or grade, and testify that they are your immediate family members. We will reply with registration instructions.
Deadline to qualify for the family discount and complete your registration is Nov 25.

For those outside North America that cannot travel to Baltimore, we offer discounted registration for the plenary session portion of our program (only) made available online as video on demand. Included will be all related program materials via an app. Plenary sessions include both Chinese and English adult sessions. Plenary sessions will be available online until February 28, 2025.

Cancellation &
Refund Policy
On-Site Program Cancellations: If you must cancel your registration, your registration fee(s) less $40 per person and all the meal fees will be refunded. Cancellation requests must be received in writing before November 26, 2024. Substitutions may be made with prior arrangement. If you need to cancel your registration, or arrange a substitution please contact us.
International Registrations Cancellations: Please note there will be no refunds for international registrations. Plenary session programs will be available as video on demand when the live session ends, plus program materials, until February 28, 2025
